I know most Filipinos still dont have a credit card. For one, having a credit card means that you need to have a stable job and earning above the average. Well you need not worry no more because you can still get a credit card that you can use like a debit and credit card on your PayPal account.
Go to the nearest Unionbank branch and open an EON debit card. They will have you fill out a form. It would be best if you already have a 2X2 picture with you and probaby 2 valid ID's, and oh, you need to prepare around 350php to 400php to process your application. Once you have the card, log in to your PayPal account, click Profile, then click add/edit credit or debit card. Then fill out your details there. Please also make sure that you have enough funds, atleast 200Php. You will then have to confirm your EON card, you should be able to see this link after adding the debit card successfully. Contrary to what the agents from PayPal will advise you, you don't really have to wait for 3 business days to get this code from PayPal along with the charge of 100Php or $.95 USD. Call up EON or Unionbank customer service immediately to ask for the PayPal code. They know what this is about, so you need not worry. Once you have this 4-digit PayPal code, click on the lik that says confirm my card. You should be able to see this from the Account summary page, or from the debit/ credit card page. If your code is correct, your PayPal account should be verified by then.
You can withdraw your funds to this debit card without any hassle. But i will still stick into withdrawing your funds to your registered bank account becase the withdrawl fee is only Php50.00.
